Your First Step to a Better YOU

Welcome to M Power Therapeutics and Training! Feel Better, Look Better, Perform Better.

Do you need a Treatment from pain and dysfunction? Want to Prevent an injury? Looking to Enhance your Sports Performance?

We treat professional and amateur athletes, high school/collegiate athletes, wanna-be fitness lovers, workaholic no-time for exercise, retired, executive, military, teachers, Doctors, Therapists, parents, grandparents, kids. While our client list is diverse, the needs are the same: Be Better.

At M Power Therapeutics and Training we evaluate your Neuromusculoskeletal system. For some suffering from a concussion or long-standing injury it may be neuromodulation to deregulate the Sympathetic Nervous System. We communicate with your brain and nervous system to control and modulate pain, sensation, and function. When the Parasympathetic Nervous System is in charge and leading the way, we can then start asking it to continue balancing your body towards your best life: Homeostasis and Beyond.

Is your need for Treatment based on Structure or Function? We evaluate what needs to be treated where, when, how and why.

These dynamics are part of the reason why myofascial pain is not observed by X-ray, MRI or C-Scan, is different than disc pain, and can be indefinitely stored in the body throughout a lifetime if not discharged and integrated into the bodies!
